Its agile flight, its majestic profile, its characteristic beard and its penetrating gaze are increasingly common to see and admire thanks to the efforts for its recovery. This is a tribute to the flight of the lammergeier, the wind's beards.

Maestro volador donde los haya y rey de los cielos del Pirineo, el quebrantahuesos no suele esperar a que se formen las corrientes térmicas para lanzarse a volar y es capaz de hacerlo en las condiciones climatológicas más adversas. La fortaleza y determinación demostrada durante la tormenta de nieve, imágenes nunca antes grabadas, así lo atestiguan. Su vuelo ágil, su majestuoso perfil, su barba característica y su mirada penetrante son cada vez más comunes de ver y de admirar gracias a los esfuerzos para su recuperación.
